Every Big Green Egg chef has his or her own style. Give all your dishes a distinctive smoky flavour by using the original Wood Chips. Mix them (pre-soaked) into your charcoal or sprinkle a handful on top. Or do both; it all depends on your taste. The same applies to the type of wood chips you choose: hickory, pecan, apple or cherry.
Wood Chips go well with any type of dish. Hickory is suitable for red meat, turkey and chicken. Pecan gives fish and poultry a rich, mild flavour.
