OFYR features
Its 100 cm diameter griddle allows you to cook for 15–20 people. The optimised air circulation system improves combustion, reduces smoke and helps to heat the griddle quickly and evenly. It allows you to cook on the griddle, on the barbecue and directly over the fire.
- Between 9 and 11 hours of continuous burning before emptying the ashes.
- The large cone requires more firewood and an additional 10 minutes to reach the optimum temperature.
- The base consists of five parts and requires assembly by the customer.
- We recommend using a protective cover to extend its lifespan.
- Avoid placing acidic ingredients directly on the griddle; use a frying pan to prevent damage.
