Napoleon PRO22-CART-3 Charcoal Barbecue

The Napoleon PRO22-CART-3 charcoal barbecue combines a large cooking surface with a compact, mobile design. Its fold-away trolley, with a black powder-coated finish and a fold-down side shelf, provides space for food preparation and makes storage easy.

The hinged WAVE™ cast-iron grill can be set at three different heights to adapt the cooking to each dish. The hinges also allow easy access to the charcoal, to add water to the trays or to add wood for smoking. To regulate the heat, it features air inlets in the lid and the firebox, as well as the Smoke Stack chimney. The conical Vortex heat management system enhances convection for cooking, searing or smoking with greater fuel efficiency.

The stainless steel extension ring allows you to fit a rotisserie kit, which is sold separately. It also includes rod holders and access points for temperature probes. The modular storage compartment, utensil hooks and integrated rotisserie holder help keep your accessories to hand.
