Convert your Napoleon Prestige® and LEX gas barbecue into a charcoal barbecue and smoker for added flavour in your meals. Add the flavour of charcoal in combination with your favourite wood chips using your gas barbecue. It lights quickly and conveniently with its lower gas burner. Simply remove your caps and sealing plates, place the charcoal tray over the burners, add charcoal, and replace the grates. Use your burners until the charcoal turns red, then turn off the burners and grill as usual.
