With its variety of functions, our Schlüter DITRA decoupling film has proven to be the universal substrate for ceramic tile installation worldwide. When it comes to waterproofing, decoupling, vapour pressure equalisation, load transfer to the substrate and homogeneous heat distribution, the DITRA film becomes an indispensable element in contact with the ceramic tile. Schlüter-Systems is known for the continuous improvement of its products even after their launch. It is therefore not surprising that its predecessor, the DITRA 25, is now enjoying a well-deserved retirement. The current version of the DITRA film stands out, among other things, because it is now even easier to lay.
The Easycut cutting lines enable faster and more effortless cutting to length and make the DITRA film even more flexible, so that the film can be unrolled more easily. In the new Easyfill design, integrated air outlets ensure that the air escapes quickly, allowing faster application of the adhesive, which, thanks to the modified recesses, now adheres even better to the film structure.
