Silane-based damp-proofing barrier (PDC) for rising damp treatment
SikaMur® InjectoCream-100 is a new concept for the control of rising damp. SikaMur® InjectoCream-100 is a water repellent substance, which comes in 560 ml sausages or 300 ml cartridges. It is inserted into a series of holes drilled into mortar or masonry using a gun - no injection pump is required. Once injected into the mortar, SikaMur® InjectoCream-100 disperses into the wet wall to form a water repellent barrier (DPC - Damp Proof Course), allowing the wall to dry out and blocking rising damp in the future. SikaMur® InjectoCream-100 meets the requirements of WTA Guideline 4-4-04/D "Injection of masonry to prevent capillary moisture content".
