Steam technology
The steam sauna takes us back to the time-honoured wellness traditions of the Nordic countries.
In fact, it provides dry heat; the term ‘steam’ refers to what is created when water is added to the hot stones in the heater. The temperature rises rapidly, generally reaching 80 °C. As your body warms up, the day’s tensions melt away and you relax almost instantly.

Double bench – double height
The two benches at different heights allow you to choose the temperature for each of your sessions. The lower one for your first session, then the higher bench for deep sweating.

7-colour LED
chromotherapy The LED lighting inside the cabin and its seven-colour prism draw on the principles of chromotherapy to offer you a complete mind-body session.
The specific wavelengths of the colours red, orange, yellow, green, turquoise, blue and violet act differently on the body through the skin, which is particularly sensitive to light energy, thereby positively influencing your sense of well-being.
