1. Objective
To define the procedure for handling returns within the right of withdrawal (14 days) and applying deductions or refusals of reimbursement for improper use, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (art. 14.2) and the Consumers and Users Act RDL 1/2007 (art. 108.2).

5. Communication to the customer
A report with photos and technical assessment will be sent. Example of communication:
"According to art. 108.2 of RDL 1/2007 and art. 14.2 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer is responsible for the depreciation of the product due to misuse. Therefore, his reimbursement will be X € (equivalent to X % of the original amount)".
