The products in our outlet section are completely new: they come from previous seasons, catalogue changes or end of series, which is why they carry significant discounts on their original price. Not to be confused with refurbished items, which have been used or returned and undergo reconditioning before sale — those are always identified with the word REACONDICIONADO in the name. In both cases you buy from the same store, with the same ordering process and the same customer service as the rest of the catalogue.

It's a unit that has been returned, displayed or briefly used, which our technical team inspects, repairs if necessary and verifies in operation before putting it back on sale at a much lower price than new. It may show slight cosmetic marks, but it's functionally tested. It's the most economical way to access high-end equipment — a refurbished Dolphin robot or Espa pump costs a fraction of the new price. Yes. Outlet products, being completely new, carry the same legal warranty as any other product in the store. Refurbished items are also sold with warranty, although the coverage may differ from a new product: the specific conditions for each unit appear on its product page. For most private pools, it's the best value in the catalogue: Maytronics' Dolphin robots are the market's reference cleaners, and in refurbished versions — inspected and verified by our technician — they cost hundreds of euros less than new. The range goes from the entry Blue Maxi to higher models like the Maximus: choose according to your pool size and whether you need floor-only or also walls and waterline cleaning (each product page states it). The outlet one is a new, unused unit, usually a previous-season or end-of-series model, discounted due to catalogue rotation. The refurbished one has been used or returned and our technical service has inspected and verified it before sale, at an even bigger discount. Being fixed-installation equipment with a long service life, both are sensible ways to save a lot on pool heating — the choice depends on your budget and the units available at any given time. Because the outlet works with limited units: each product is the specific remaining stock of that reference — season leftovers, end of series or individual refurbished units — and once sold, they're generally not restocked. So if an item fits your price and needs, it's best not to wait too long: most outlet stock also ships in 24/48 hours. What does renew constantly is the section as a whole, with new references entering as the catalogue and returns rotate, so it's worth visiting periodically.

Three things. First, check the product page for the seats and jets — a 6-seat spa with 40 jets isn't the same as a 4-seat with 20 — and the installation type (portable or built-in). Second, plan the location in advance: you'll need a level base that supports the weight when full of water, a suitable electrical supply and access for delivery, which for spas is bulky. And third, in clearance the stock is specific units: if the model fits you, reserve it, because it won't be restocked.
