Solvent (methyl ethyl ketone or butanone) commonly used to lower the viscosity of sealants made with the same MEC solvent. These products leave the factory with the correct viscosity, but as they are made from volatile solvents, the viscosity increases over time. To reduce viscosity, a small amount of MEC is added to the polyethylene applicator bottle containing the sealant. It is suitable for sealants 81022 (XTREME), 81023 (TOUCH) and 81024. Colourless.
