Kompact AML dosing pump

Electromagnetic metering pump with constant flow rate, adjustable from 0 to 100 per cent via the potentiometer on the front panel.

Materials and technical data

• Polypropylene pump head and PVDF pump heads.
• Teflon diaphragm, Pyrex balls and PVC fittings.
• IP65 protection.
• Voltage: 230 V.

Installation kit included

Includes suction filter, injection valve, PVC suction pipe and PE discharge pipe.

Indicators and dosing control

• The steady green LED switches off with each dosing cycle. It flashes when the potentiometer is set to 0.
• It has an input for a level probe. The steady red LED indicates a low-level alarm.
• A switch located on the electrical connections allows the dosing frequency to be selected.

With the potentiometer set to 100 per cent, the maximum frequency depends on the switch position:

• Full (position C): up to 160 strokes per minute.
• Partial (position P): up to 32 strokes per minute.
