Acid Cleaner Resin Cleaner (4 x 60 ml)
An acid cleaner specifically designed to remove inorganic (metallic) dirt that accumulates on the surface of the resin in water softeners and filter bed systems.
Kalaphos AcidCleaner is a fast-acting, inorganic acid-based liquid product.
It contains various components capable of dissolving metals and has a low tendency to foam.

The causes of fouling in the resins of water softeners and filter bed systems are:
Deposition of metal salts on the resin surface, preventing ion exchange. These deposits are removed by Kalaphos AcidCleaner (code 134231).
Due to the presence of organic substances, which become trapped in the resin matrix, affecting the efficiency of ion exchange. To remove organic contamination from resins, see Kalaphos CleanFilters (code 134230).

Application: Kalaphos AcidCleaner is ideal for routine (quarterly) maintenance and cleaning of resin in water softeners and filter bed systems.
Instructions for use:
Add one dose of Kalaphos AcidCleaner per 25–35 litres of resin to be treated, on a quarterly basis.
To wash the resin, pour the contents of the sachets directly into the brine tank.
Cleaning is carried out during the same regeneration process.
