Napoleon PRO18 Charcoal Barbecue

The Napoleon PRO18 charcoal barbecue, model PRO18K-LEG, offers a 45.7 cm cooking surface for grilling, slow cooking or smoking with your favourite wood. Its cast-iron grill can be set at three different heights and features hinges for easy access to the charcoal, water trays and smoking wood.

Airflow control is essential when cooking with charcoal. The Smoke Stack chimney helps regulate this and protects the grill from wind and rain, whilst the conical Vortex heat management system improves convection to enhance searing and smoking, as well as optimising fuel efficiency. The stainless steel extension ring allows the use of a rotisserie spit and features doors to cover the rod ports. It also incorporates access points for temperature probes.

Its sloping, hinged lid provides easy access to the entire cooking surface. The lid and the vitrified steel bowl offer a sturdy structure, and the four legs – with two rear wheels – make the barbecue easy to move around.
