Napoleon’s versatile charcoal barbecue, the PRO22K-LEG Phantom, is a 55.9 cm grill perfect for any charcoal enthusiast. Grill and slow-roast with ease, or smoke your food using your favourite wood. The cast-iron grates can be set at three different heights; choose the one that suits you best for cooking. These grates are hinged for easy access, making it simpler to add charcoal, refill the water pans and add wood for smoking. When cooking with charcoal, controlling the heat through airflow is essential; our Smoke Stack chimney protects the grill from wind and rain whilst maintaining precise heat control. The Vortex heat management system improves convection within the grill for better searing and smoking, and greater fuel efficiency. The stainless steel extension ring allows the use of a rotisserie spit and features doors to cover the rod ports. The integrated ports for temperature probes ensure your cooking is exactly as you want it. The porcelain-coated steel frame is highly durable and prevents deterioration, and the sloping hinged lid allows access to the entire cooking surface.
