The foldable trolley, with black powder-coated finish, includes a foldable side shelf that provides ample space for food preparation. The cast iron grates can be set at three heights; choose the one that is most comfortable for you to cook at. The grates are hinged for easy access, making it easier to add charcoal, refill the water trays and add wood for smoking. When cooking with charcoal, heat control through airflow is essential, and our Smoke Stack chimney protects the grill from wind and rain. The Vortex heat management system improves convection within the grill for better searing and smoking and greater fuel efficiency. The stainless steel extension ring allows for spit use and has doors to cover the rod ports. Integrated doors for temperature probes ensure your cooking is exactly as you want it.
