- Excavation and gravel filling: pending budget.
- Formwork preparation: includes the execution of wall formwork with 40x20x7 cm double hollow bricks, guaranteeing the correct projection of the gunite concrete.
- Gunned concrete: supply and installation of high-strength electro-welded steel mesh (15x15x6 mm), with exclusive Piscinayspa spacers in the formwork and base. Reinforcement by means of double mesh in slab and walls, as well as corrugated steel strapping. GUNITA sprayed concrete with P-350 cement and washed aggregates, high resistance, with average thickness adapted to the dimensions of the pool, achieving a monolithic pool without expansion joints. It includes elastic waterproofing, obtaining a completely flat finish, suitable for the subsequent laying of the coating.
- Porcelain kerb: Laying of Mallor porcelain kerb with a 1.20 x 0.33 m step.
- Ezarri Gresite cladding: Cast glass cladding, 25x25 mm tiles, Ezarri brand (high national quality, Niebla series, colour to be chosen), laid with C2TE adhesive, ensuring maximum stability against alkaline hydrolysis of water. Grouting with special high quality material, guaranteeing durability and resistance in conditions of continuous immersion.
- Purification: Prefabricated, injection-moulded, elevated purification house with opening doors, sized for the purification unit. Includes: Ø 600 laminated filter with 6-position multiple valve (filtering, emptying, washing, rinsing, recirculation and closed). Self-priming pump with pre-filter, ensuring complete filtration in 6 hours. Manual electrical panel with protection for pump and persons. Skimmer(s) sized according to the surface of the pool, for surface cleaning. Bottom suction, both for water intake and emptying. Impulsion nozzles for return of purified water. Sweeper inlet for pool cleaner. Installation in PVC piping (6 atm.), from the built-in equipment in the pool to the purifying equipment, with a maximum distance of 3 m and diameters between 63-50-20 mm depending on the system.
